The 32nd Haku Un Kai on June 8

The 32nd Haku Un Kai was held on June 8.
We started with kata practice in order to apply "Haru Ki," "Sumu Ki," and "Saeru Ki" in the practice.
After that, we had Tachiai, for 20 to 30 seconds after Sonkyo,
before the first strike, we concentrated on attacking each other with "Ki" including projecting voice.
After that, we had keiko with each other.
