Mr. T.M, a member of the Comprehensive Course, got 7th Dan in Fukuoka on February 3rd.

I am very happy to announce that I passed the 7-dan examination in February.
I am very grateful to Okada Sensei for his guidance, as I was able to achieve good results quickly after joining Haku Un last December after the two previous failures. I have concentrated mainly on watching and studying the lecture videos.
For Tachiai, I focused on points putting my "Ki" forward against my opponent. I also focused on getting in Ma-ai using the hips, taking the initiative, getting Men, and getting the first tachi." I was not afraid of "Degote", "Kaeshi-do", etc., so I concentrated on those points. As a result, I was able to get into a good flow.
I interpreted my passing this time as passing the preliminary examination for 7-dan.
I believe that my way of practice from now on will be tested.
Okada sensei, I would like to ask for your continued guidance. If there is another opportunity, I would like to practice with you in Tokyo. Thank you very much.
