Yesterday, December 10, two Haku Un teams participated in the Mainichi Ladies Kendo Tournament at Hino Shimin-no Mori Fureai Hall.

Cherry Blossom Division
Haku Un Kai A (Senpo: Shimizu, Chuken: Hirokawa, Taisho: Miyazaki)
Haku Un Kai B (Senpo: Oi, Chuken: Hagiwara, Taisho: Takahashi)

Hakuunkai A
First round vs Konno Dojo 1-0
The Taisho, Ms. Miyazaki, won by a brilliant two mens.

Second round vs Nanohana 0-2
(Senpo lost by 2 hon, Chuken drew a tie, and Taisho lost by 2 hon.
The opponent team was very strong.

Haku Un Kai B
First round vs Kokubunji Kenyuukai B 0-1
All players tied. They were lost at the end of the representative match (Ms. Takahashi).
Everyone was very concentrated and the match was very spirited.

In the cherry blossom division, 76 teams participated.
There were many strong and skillful players, and it was a great learning experience.

We had a match practice at Haku Un Kai on the 9th before the tournament.
